Some of the changes in this update are -:
- Change security so -Default- has all the appropriate roles making it easier to ‘Evaluate’ the applications
suite.
- Entities Database can now be a Cascaded Address Book ( http://www.oznotes.net/setupcascade.htm ), allowing
Contacts to be looked up in Email ‘To’ dialog.

Some of the applications include
There is a Service Desk ( Help Desk ) application, this is were you create Incidents ( Tickets ).
There is a Entities database, this is were you create your Contacts, Companies, Employees and Issues. A CSV
import facility allows you to import from text files.
There is a Configuration Manager application ( Devices ) that allows you to track the hardware and
software installed on your network/s, hardware including PDAs, routers, servers and workstations
as well as the software installed - versions, directories and when upgraded.
Once you have created a server document in Devices and specified the IP address you can connect to the
server via a Action bar button with MSTSC for Windows servers or Putty / WinSCP for a Unix / AIX server.
There is a Change Manager application ( CM ) that allows you to track the Change Requests, Milestones,
Problems and Release Bulletins.
