Update to 8.0.2

This is probably not the place to enter this query and I appologize but I’m a bit frustrated.

Does the 8.0.2 update link work for anyone?

IBM support repeatedly says it works.

I’ve tried 4 browsers, 3 computers (with 2 different OS’s) on a couple different networks which happen to be in different cities.

I get the same error Message: e59 everytime.
