I just tested running the Update_Timezones (admin) 4.0.2.7 agent on a copy of a users mail file, and it did not update any of the Appointments affected by the DST change.
Is there something I can do to get this working. I have verified that Meetings, and Reminders are updated properly, but I need the Appointments to get updated also, as I have some big users that use just this type of calendar entry.
I created the DST Calendar view, and the Appointments that did not get updated have a red X showing on the entry.
Thanks,

Hi Sean,
Look here-- or search the forum for StartTimeZone and $TimeZoneAgent

The problem entries all have the StartTimeZone, and EndTimeZone fields in them so they are not R5 entries. The value of both these fields is: Z=5$DO=1$DL=4 1 1 10 -1 1$ZN=Eastern
The $TimeZoneAgent field does NOT exist at all in any of the missed Appointment entries.

The guess I would offer for this particular individual’s file there might be “draft” documents and that do not contain a PostedDate or $BusyPriority as checked in the line below… Be aware if sending reschedule notices that you could potentially cause reschedule notices to be sent unintentionally on Draft documents.
’ make sure we are not processing a draft
If (note.GetItemValue("AppointmentType")(0)="3") And _
( Not( note.Hasitem("PostedDate")) And ( Not( note.hasitem("$BusyPriority")) ) ) Then Exit Function
