Here is a problem I’ve been investigating:
A person receives a meeting invitation and then accepts the meeting. The chairperson edits the original meeting and the attendees receive a notification that the meeting has been updated. When a certain individual opens the notification and clicks on the [Update Calendar] button the notification is processed and the notification disappears (as expected).
The problem is that the modifications (i.e. additional info added to the “comments” portion of the meeting) are not reflected in the attendees calendar entry. I’ve attempted to re-create the problem by creating a test meeting. However, I cannot get it to fail.
According to the individual who reported this problem this has happened several times in the past from more than one chairperson.
Has anyone else run into this problem? If so, were you able to resolve it?
