Unused ID files, can they be isolated?

Hello there,

We’re currently running Notes 5.0.2, but will be soon be making the jump to version 8.

At present, we have a substantial number of users using one of our various databases. However, we’re looking at conducting an exercise, whereby we want to recoup the ID files that are no longer being used (i.e. not been used for the past 6 months) - is there a way (or even a third-party application that sits on the server-side) to ascertain who is/who isn’t using their ID file anymore?

License tracking can be used to ascertain this. Dont remember if it was in R5 though, but I know its in R6 and above.
