Unreadable character in webmail (DWA8)

Hi. Has anyone here encountered problems in character encoding when reading/opening mails via the DWA8 interface? A user in our company (on Notes8/DWA8) reported seeing a square instead of an apostrophe sign in one of her emails. She’s on XP, used both firefox and IE when she viewed webmail (I can send the actual screenshots if needed). I checked her mailfile in Domino and the apostrophe sign is not also displayed properly (I only see a small square in place of it). I haven’t been able to reproduce the problem though.

Can you see the character from a Notes client? I would check out the page source of the message for some more clues as to why this single character will not display properly.

Hi. The same character is seen on the Notes client (a square instead of the apostrophe sign). What exactly should I look for in the source code?
