The ‘read’ and ‘unread’ staus between messages on a users Blackberry device and their mailfile are not always kept in sync in a resonable timeframe. Sometime it takes days or even weeks before the handheld catches up with the mailfile status. This issue seems to be intermittent and not affecting all users. We operate in a replicated mode but All maifiles are set to replicate the ‘read’'unread’ status.

Subject: Unread marks only think when manually replicating
My IT Director’s Blackberry unread marks only sync when he forces replication between his local and server replica. We are using managed replicas and automatic syncing is occurring. Can anyone diagnose why this is happening?
