When I receive a new mail, it appears as already read (in black). Can anybody help me ?

In File > Preferences > User Preferences > Additional Options, the option “Mark documents read when opened in preview pane” is probably checked.Just uncheck it.

Alex, check the Advanced Tab on the Database properties and de-select Don’t Maintain Unread Marks.
