Unread Marks when mail viewed by Delegate

From what I can find it is not possible, but maybe one of you experts can help. Is it possible to set Notes so when Person A, with the ability to read Person B’s mail, has read a message of Person B, that it is also marked as read for Person B?

Is that confusing enough or is more info needed?

cannot be done. Unread marks are based on each individual user ID.
