Hi all, I have a problem. Some days ago, some users called me advertising that their READ messages reappears as UNREAD.
Does anyone had this problem yet?
What happened? Is there a solutions?

Subject: Unread Marks Reappears
There is a setting in the Design tab of the Database Properties.‘Do not mark modified documents as unread’.
Check if that is selected
