Hi,
When a user read a mail in Notes, it does not reflects in Web Client as a read mail. It remains as a unread mail.
Please help me.

Subject: Different Servers?
There are two possibilities here that I can think of.
The first is that the property “Don’t maintain unread marks” has been selected in the application properties for the database. This is done on the beanie hat tab.
The second is that your DWA interface is being hosted on a different server from you primary server, or you are using a local replica, and the property to “Replicate unread marks” has not been set to “All Servers” This is also done on the beanie hat tab of the “Application Properties” for the user’s mail file.
