Unread marks in inbox

Hi.I have a strange problem.

I’m in a company with ap. 3000 Lotus Notes users. There are a few mailboxes that don’t have the little number in the inbox, that indicates the number af mails that hasn’t been read.

It’s not a problem with mails that aren’t red, because it works perfect. It’s just the number beside ‘inbox’.

I hope that someone can help me.

have you tried replacing the design of the mail file?

yes I have made an update and also replaced the design, but nothing solves the problem.
