Hello all,we have a Mailin database which some user access and we want the functionality that when one user reads the document, it should be marked as read for all the others too. Is there a possibility for that?

If you want to use it like a helpdesk then you’ll need to have a ‘dealt with’ type action. After all, if one person’s read it doesn’t mean they’ve actually actioned it at all
