We have an ongoing problem (that also goes back to ver 7) whereby emails change from Unread to Read without being opened or previewed. It is happening now on about 3 of users (out of 10) including myself. It is usually when you come back from another view to the Inbox … sometimes you actually see it change from Unread to Read. Other times you just realise (if you are lucky) that there are emails that you haven’t looked at but show as Ready. Doesn’t always happen but enough to be a problem (if you miss an important email). Any ideas ??

We have also been getting this and it makes us administrators look like idiots.
Are you experiencing this and also using Blackberry? We are now on BES v4.1.5, Domino 7.0.2FP1 + 6.5.4 Clients
There are some intense logging that can be enabled for support, but this is only set on one mailfile per server, so sods law that person does not experience the problem for ages while the server performance degrades.

Not for us … we aren’t running a Blackberry Server but do use Traveller (although this problem started long before we had Traveller installed)
