I meet a problem with the unread number in several folders of some mail db. The number of unread documents doesn’t match the displayed number. For example if I have 6 unread document it displays me 12 beside the concerned folder ?
Is there anyway to fix this ?
I use a lotus client r6.54 on a domino server 6.54 on windows platform.

Got the All Documents view.
CTRL-A to select all documents.
Edit → Unread Marks → Mark Selected Read.

Subject: Some possible causes
If your database is very active, and many people are adding to it, it is possible that while you have been refreshing the View-Unread count, it has actually been added to.
Also, it might depend on how often your servers are updating or replicating to/from each other.
Or, have you checked to be sure that the documents you want to see in the View are the only documents that are listed in the View Selection? You may be doing a SELECT @all instead of selecting one form in particular.
