Unkown File format

Hello, I have a file that was apparently exported from notes that contains contacts. The original extension was VCF but i have looked at the file and it does not appear to be VCF format. I looked at it with a text editor and this is a sample of the format (i have deleted identifiable names):

Can anyone identify this? I would very much like to import it to outlook but i dont want to write my own converter…

That very much looks to be an exported document. If so, the contents are the (non-rich-text) fields of a document that has been exported by using the Structure Text option of the export method.

You could import it back into a Notes document, but I don’t know of any other tools that would support working with those kinds of files.
