Unknown LotusScript Error

Hi,When somebody is trying to open one from on the web we get the following error on the console.

HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - Unknown LotusScript Error. [/CarApplication.nsf/frmCarApp?OpenForm]

But after 3 or 4 attempts the form opens. Please help.
