Hello everybody,is possible to have a “absolute mode” of the read/unread status of the messages in a shared mail db indipendent from which user change the status ? (for example the first user open a new unread mail and after this the mail remains as “read” for all the other users).

yes this is possible, but only if you knew the users, which are using this shared db. Then you can create a little script which sets if someone reads a mail this mail for all others to read.
This can also be made with a group.
