Uninstalling domino server completely

I installed Lotus domino server Trial version. then I found some problems in installation for host name. and I uninstalled lotus domino from control panel. I again open the downloaded exe and installed lotus domino through wizard.Lotus domino successfully installed,

I started my lotus domino server Application, chose “start domino as a windows service” from dialogue. but this time I didn’t get the wizard that enable me to configure host name , server name and title and all.

SO, how can I reconfigure server name , domain and title for server ?

Subject: Uninstall doesn’t delete data

The uninstaller won’t delete databases or configuration files so to start absolutely clean you’ll need to delete the /data directory manually. Make sure names.nsf and notes.ini particularly are gone, although deleting the entire directory is probably best in your situation.
