I noticed a rouge task on a client’s Domino server after upgrading to 8.0.2. My suspicion is that it’s being caused by Trend Scan Mail because it’s not loading at server start up. I’ve removed the Trend tasks from the servertasks line of notes.ini and restarted the server.This task shows in the Administrator as shown below. A “sho tasks” command on the console will present the output with blank lines.
The task name will change each time I restart the server.
Does anyone know how I might identify the process that the Domino Administrator is showing below?
