For many of my non-deliverable mail messages, Notes hijacks it and gives me a very “notes” friendly “Delivery Failure Report” telling me what I should do about my problem.
This is nice and all, but it deletes all the useful information that an admin would need to figure out WHY the message failed or even WHO originally sent the message.
For example, one of my employees uses my website to send an email to a customer. The email address is bad and gets rejected back and ends up in my inbox (postmaster, etc). Now, I have an email and all I know is the subject and who it went to. I don’t know which of my employees originally sent it because Notes note-ified it. (I know that’s a dumb word, but I like it.)
Any way, is there any way to see the REAL message and not the abused user-friendly version that deletes all the useful information?
