Undeletable cal notice responses

I am currently on Notes 8.5.1 on Ubuntu Linux - but I’ve had the same problem on Notes 7.x and 8.x on Windows as well.

I have in my “unfiled documents” view (both in my mail database and my archived mail database) thousands (27K, in my archive) of calendar notice responses. These documents seem to be undeletable - I can select them and hit delete, but “nothing happens” when I do so.

Questions:

  1. Any idea what I can do to delete these documents?

  2. Is there some archive setting that I can set to prevent them from being archived in the first place?

  3. If there’s no convenient way to delete them from my archive, is there a convenient way to select “everything else” for copying to a new archive database? (I’d select from my “all documents” view - but I can’t sort the calendar notice responses together to make it possible to select the other docs, the “filed in” column is not selectable for sorting).

Subject: @DeleteDocument

Try creating an @DeleteDocument agent and running it against the documents in question.
