Uncorrectable error has occured

I have an user that gets the following message while their client is open:

Sorry, an uncorrectable error has occurred.

LookupHandle: handle out of range

Press Enter to abort the operation

I know this is a bug in version 6.5.3, but I need a work around until I can upgrade.

when this error is coming. Are u using any application and trying to export document from Lotus Notes Client to Excel??? Or ?

yes, I get this when trying to export document from view in Lotus Notes client to Excel

It will happen when the user tries to open emails, appt, etc…They reboot and the same thing will happen
