Unattended Install Client 7.02

Hi all,

i want to upgrade my clients unattended from 6.5x to 7.02. I search for a documentation for installshield tuner. Which switches i have to select for a unattended install?

One Question again, why i got no templates in the datafolder if i install unattended? The old templates will deleted by the installation, but not new templates will install in the datafolder.

Any ideas?
