Unable to view the Edit button on attachment properties

HiI have an attachment stored on a form which users can then edit and save with the chnages made.

After installing office 2010 the users are not able to view the EDIT button when clicking on the attachment properties. Please help. Thanks

P.N: The issue was also with office 2007 and worked after reinstalling office to 2003 version.
