I have a database that I am unable to replicate, due to an error with a couple of documents. The error on the console shows “Field is too large (32K) or View’s column & selection formula”. I have the NoteID for the two documents, so I created a view showing all of the documents in the database. The docs don’t show up. Using NotesPeek, I searched for the NoteIDs and found that they are in an error state and won’t show in a view. Notes is unable to access the documents at all. I want to delete these documents, but I can’t figure out how. I found an app called Ytria scanEZ that can delete them, but I’m not interested in buying a program for this one instance. Any ideas?

Have you run Fixup or Compact against the database?

I got it running again. For some reason, I never ran a compact and fixup. Those cleared it up.
