A user has reported that deletions made in their local replica are not reflected on the server (e.g. iNotes). The following error messages are found in the replication events log in the domino admin:
Unable to store document in server/domain mailfile.nsf (NoteID = 308418) from mailfile.nsf (NoteID = 2946): Entry not found in index on remote server
Unable to store document in server/domain mailfile.nsf (NoteID = 309350) from mailfile.nsf (NoteID = 7634): Entry not found in index on remote server
Unable to replicate server/domain mailfile.nsf: Entry not found in index on remote server

Found NoteID 2946 (a replication conflict), and removed the document

ran fixup on the database
Subsequent replication event logs show the same error (several hours have passed). Neither NoteID referenced in the log is found in the database.
