I found that my user unble to set follow up flag by delegated person. Our secretary will access her boss’s mailbox by delegation. She wants to set follow up flag using her ID for her Boss’s mail. However, when she open her boss’s mailbox, the follow up button is not found. Both secretary and boss’s workstation and mailbox design is upgraded to R6.5.4. Boss has delegated “read, create, edit and delete doc and send mail on behalf” for “all mail,calender and to do” to secretary. Pls let me know if the function is or is not allowed in R6. If it does, pls tell me how to troubleshoot for the problem.
