Unable to send reminder Emails

The issue no longer occurs after a update to version 1.1.10.0_21 and is also fixed in the newest release 1.1.11.

The cause was a issue reported in Prolem #FEB-7773. For more information check the thread herre:

Thank you for the update. The issue does no longer occur since we updated to a hotfix from a support ticket (1.1.10.0_21) and according to the change notes the issue FEB-7773 was also fixed in version 1.1.11 so i assume it will work there too. Thank you for reaching out and answering my questions even in a already solved post.
