Unable to Send Mail to Room or Resource

Hi All,

I have a problem with my Reservations database.

When a user creates a meeting invitation, when he clicks on the resource he can only see the site and not the resources. But when you move the cursor down you can see there are blank documents. If you click on “Details” you can see the detail of the selected resource. So users cannot add the resource to the meeting invitation by selecting the document.

But if users click on “Find Resource” they can add the resource to the invitation. Even then when they try to submit the request, it gives an error, “Unable to send mail to Room or Resource; no match(s) found in Names & Address Book”

Please help me…!!!

Subject: Not much to work with, but

Check the properties of the mail-in database documents in the directory - on the Access tab, make sure it says “All Readers’ and above”.

Rebuild your index on you domino directory (CTRL + Shift + F9)

Not sure otherwise - I have not seen this before
