Unable to send mail. Multiple matches found in name & address book

Hi,

I’m doing a database using lotusscript and one of the users experienced this problem. Can anyone advise me on this?

I’ve looked at the forums and there seems to be no good solution for this existing issue so far.

Appreciate some help. Thanks in advance.

Subject: Unable to send mail. Multiple matches found in name & address book.

I have seen this happen if a user has a replica of a company address book that contains them, and then if they have their own personal address book, with the same email address in, normally removing one of the addresses works.
