Unable to send alternate ooo notification to group

Hi all,

does anybody have information why it is not possible to send alternate out of office messages to groups?

When I set a group as alternate recipient of ooo messages, they receive the standard notification.

In our case whe want that all internal users receive an alternate ooo message. But if groups are not working, each user has to enter manually 500 single addresses in the alternate rexipient field.

(1) Before I forward it to the right folks, can you tell me if alternate notifications work for you if you specify individual names?

(2) The way it is supposed to work, it should take a group and expand the group into individual names. The group memebership is not maintained, but during the initial entry it saves data entry time. Do you see this behavior?

After a little bit of research I found out the usage of groups is not working andis being tracked by this SPR:

LMAN73HKFG: Groups are not working in OOO’s exclusions or alternate notifications.

(1) Yes, alternate notifications work for individual names.

(2) Where can I find or check the data entry time?
