Unable to safe document

Hi Everyone.

I am having some difficulties on an application, Separation Tool. This tool works for Separation Team and right now in the testing stage.

A document of attrition statement is initiated and whenever we would like to save it, there is an error which occurs; “You have either save this document OR you are not authorized to save this document. Please revert this document’s status to change effective access”

My manager has given me the full access and I am still unable to save any of the attrition statement.

I would be thankful if someone could help to work this out.

Code etc. Most likely the code is performing some kind of check on your permissions in an internal DB structure not related to Notes access permissions.
Alternatively, as you’re an IBMer contact the internal IBM team responsible for the application.
