Unable to retrieve list of templates from server

While trying to create a new database from Web Administrator I’m geting the error message:

“Unable to retrieve list of templates from server”

(Though in the file list pane I can see the templates)

Any ideas why ?

(running 6.51 on W2000)

  • Whats the path of the server’s data directory (like “C:\Lotus\Domino\Data”, etc.)- Is this a plain out-of-the-box installation or did you move .ntf files around on the server?

I’m having the same problems with WebAdmin. I’m using the Domino 7 server on SuSE Linux 9.2, and I’m accessing it using Firefox on Ubuntu Linux.

I haven’t moved any ntf’s around. My notesdata directory is not in /local/notesdata, but in /domino/local/notesdata (I have all my server stuff LVM’ed on separate physical drives). However, the notes.ini has all that noted, so it shouldn’t make a difference, right?
