I have hidden a user in the nab using readers in properties. That works fine. Unfortunately, if that user sends someone an email and then you attempt to reply, you get a message “user not found in name and address book”. If you type in the entire email address, it works fine. Is there a way to enable replies without having to type in the entire address? Thanks!

The problem is that the email comes from the same domain, so there is no @DOMAIN suffix. If you can arrange for that to be on there, Notes doesn’t have to resolve the address before sending.

There are a few different ways. You could arrange a reply-to field in the document by modifying the design of the sender’s mail file. You could add email processing agents to add a default value for the domain if it’s missing. Maybe there’s an admininstrative option, but I’m not an admin expert.
