I have a few DWA users that are unable to reply to messages using the action buttons available in the open message window action bar. Oddly, all buttons are available in the message window and the View windows, and all seem to work except for the Reply actions in the Message window. In otherwords, both Reply and Forward actions work fine from the Inbox, but only Forward actions work from the message window. There is no error message when selecting Reply from a message window.
Unable to duplicate the problem in the same mailboxes on a different desktop.
One user is currently running IE version 6.0.x SP2 on XP Home edition. Also has the following running:
Norton Ativirus
Norton Protection Center
AOL Toolbar
J2SE Runtime environment 5.0 upg 6
Wild Tangent web driver
Yahoo music Jukebox
When viewing installed objects in IE options, JAVA runtime 5.0 was listed twice - Deleted both. Ran usual fixes posted for fixing the 6.5 “not available at this time” error messages. Replaced design… still no fix.
Anyone else having this problem? Any resolution?
