Unable to replay

Good Day

When a client send external mails his name appears as User_Name/Server_Name@OU

so we cant reply to him

also we cant change the field " this mail belong to " because preferences is not appearing

any support please

You can configure this in Configuration Settings document, under the MIME - Advanced - Advanced Outbound Message Options tab.
