Unable to register uses on new ND6 on Windows 2000 Install

Hi, I just installed Domino 6 Server on a Windows 2000 machine.

The install went well, and the server is up and running.

But I can’t manage to register any new users.

I get the message:

“The Domino Directory on the registration server should not be used for registration($RegisterGroups view is absent). Specify a different server or correct the directory design.”

I saw that a user, Bob found this problem back in December, but I didn’t see any posts resolving it.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Is there anything I need to do before I can register users?

I suggest to refresh the design of the names.nsf using the relevant R6 template.
