Unable to redirect failover from DominoServer/GPIC!.nsf

Hi, I’ve found that this particular error from the past two days every now-and-then on one of our Domino Servers.

01/09/2008 01:59:57 PM Unable to redirect failover from DominoServer/GPIC!!.nsf

01/09/2008 02:00:24 PM Unable to redirect failover from DominoServer/GPIC!!.nsf

01/09/2008 02:01:00 PM Unable to redirect failover from DominoServer/GPIC!!.nsf

01/09/2008 02:01:31 PM Unable to redirect failover from DominoServer/GPIC!!.nsf

I gathered some info about this error on the forum but that info deals mainly with "web.nsf" and even a workaround was given. But our case seems to be a different one as the database that's in the error was not present anywhere(GPIC) is our domain name. Also, I read that this error deals with the user session but is there a way to find out the users from which this error arises. Till date, there are no complaints from any user about this error. Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Satish.

there is no database in the error, GPIC refers to the org certifier of the server, the database is ust .nsf so it is an ambiguous error. was/is GPIC ever part of your naming conventions?

yup. “/GPIC” is our organization name.

Is it a faulty code running somewhere, calling OpenWithFailover function - and forgetting to specify the db path in code?
