Unable to open the view Mail: Database is corrupt -- cannot allocate space

Dear all, I have two mail boxes in my Domino Server 8.0.2. let suppose Mailbox-A and Mailbox-B when I click on the first mail box on MailBox-A it generates an error “Unable to open the view Mail: Database is corrupt – cannot allocate space” and I can’nt open the Mailbox-A. however there is no issue in Mailbox-B. any help please.

Try this, (It’s better if the server is down)

nfixup.exe -j -f -l -v mail1.box

ncompact mail1.box

nupdall.exe -R mail1.box

If that doesn’t work, delete the corrupt mail.box with the server down, and then start the server. That one will create itself. (If oyu have the mailbox.ntf template)
