After an AS400 upgrade, I have one client that cannot sign on to her notes account. She gets the error “Unable to open name and address book (names.nsf) due to error ‘Access to Data Denied’. Locations cannot be used until the problem has been corrected.”

Is there any way to save this names.nsf file without losing it by letting notes create a new one. I checked the ini file and everything looks normal.
