Unable to open mail Archive Database

Hello All,

We have a mail Archive database of 8 GB and it shows the error “#13:96” while trying to open the database in lotus notes client. Please let me know how do we open the database , Also please suggest if there is any tool to open the database .

You can try to run a fixup for your archive mail database.
