Guys, One of the user is unable to open excel\word attachments from DWA, Operating system is Windows Vista. Error “Cannot find the file <path\filename> (or one of its component(s)). Make sure the path and file name are correct and that all required libraries are available”

This is an Operating System issue, and not related to Domino Web Access.
You should check the file associations in Windows.

You have to open a folder in Windows and go to ‘Tools → Folder Options → File Types’ tab. You will find file associations listed there.

Hi Amit,
This problem is actually due the “Protection Mode” option in “IE7”, Request you to kindly Turn off the “Protection Mode” and than try to open the attachment again.
