“Unable to locate the default module”
this message occurs when a user tries to open a mail message. So i opened the user’s mail db with the designer and i noticed that there’s no the blue arrow near “memo”. So i opened memo and i marked the “default database form” option in the form properties. The user was then able to open the message but after one or two days the problem return…

Check the template that the user’s mail database is based on. Its likely that Memo is not marked as the default database form in there.
The design task will refresh the user’s mail database with the associated template overnight so the tempplate will overwrite the changes you make when the design task runs (default is every night).

tnx Julie for your reply! i tried to mark the memo in the template db but there’re 2 memo forms (one marked) so i changed memo… It’s right?
