I am getting Log page after log page of this message. I cannot find a reference to it anywhere on the web or on the IBM site. Any Ideas? So far I have replaced the events4.nsf to no avail.

Make sure you do it on the same server where this error is being reported…

Should be able to find Note ID 0xAFEA and then just have admin open, edit and save and it will get resigned…
