I have a user that is unable to launch any excel attachments from his notes client. He gets " unable to locate program" when he tries to launch the attachments. I have tried a number of things. I added the user as an administrator account on the PC and he still had the problem. I logged on as a Domain admin and still had the problem. However when i logged on as the Local Administrator account the attachment opended ok.! I figure it has to do with some registry permissions. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?
