Unable to Foreward E-Mails

I have a client that cannot ((Foreward)) E-Mail from Notes 6. He can receive and send with no problems. Client also does not have options like Urgent and Normal in his Inbox.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check the location document. The forward action uses the location document.

Click on the button “Delivery Options”, you wil see the options “Normal”, “High” & “Low”

Also check that the e-mails are not being sent to him with the $KeepPrivate flag set…
