One of our user is getting following error:“Unable to find valid target platform” when upgrading 8.51 FP4. I had local admin. uninstall the client and delete all lotus directories and do a fresh install. Still getting this error. Before I dive into cleaning up the registry keys, anybody ran into any issues like this? Thanx in advance…
I have uninstalled Notes completely, checked the registry entries reported by IBM to possibly cause this and also did much more registry entry cleanup and still get the error.
