Unable to extend an ID table - insufficient memory

Hi,

I do have the message of:

Unable to extend an ID table - insufficient memory

with a DB of 13GB.

Running a fixup -F -J does make the DB works again but the problems keep coming.

I have tried to make a new copy using my Administrator client in order to get rid of some possible deletions stubs or problems with tables.

But the Copy of the design is fine but the copy of the documents fail with the same message ( Unable to extend …)

Am I missing something here ?

Do you recommend something else ?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Yes I did,But nothing does really match (at least from what I read) to my problem, My compact is running fine after the fixup.

I’m in 6.5, but upgrading is hardly a solution from me as the application haven’t been tested with other version, and I’m stuck on 6.5

I was looking for some tricks, such as copying the DB with my clients (in order to get rid of the Deletions stubs that may cause the problem), but this doesn’t work.
