My company has recently installed notes. We purchased a dBase for collaboration on design projects. Unfortunetly the company that originally designed the dBase is no longer in operation.
My question regards the “About” page and “using this database page”.
When we access both these views we are unable to access the design to change the original text. We have designer installed. The design can be modified in all views by selecting ACTION ==> VIEW OPTIONS ==> DESIGN except their is no design menu available when viewing the 2 aforementioned pages.
I have manager permissions for this database.
Any help you could give would be much appreciated.

The “About” page is located in the database design under Other/Database Resources/“About Database” Document. Right click on the database icon and choose “Open in Designer” to get into the database design.

Thankyou for your reply. It appears I do not have Designer installed properly as I thought I had. When I right click on the database icon on the workspace I do not get a menu pick “open in designer”. Our IT company said they definietly installed it. Do you have to activate it through lotus / domino administration for it to become available? As mentioned before I can access the design of the views through the drop down menus. Any help is much appreciated.
